Central Cascade Range. A wonderful forest near Separation Creek Trail is Willamette National Forest, and a pleasant trip to Buck Meadows is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Sphinx Creek is a great local stream; Proxy Falls is always fun to check out. Just can't get enough
of the Central Cascade Range. Spruce Meadow is a striking place any time of year. Put some time aside to spend at Honey Creek Falls while you're here at Separation Creek Trail, and why not a little side journey to Honey Creek.
