restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. There are so many great great outdoors trails for backpacking in Oregon; one of them being Senoj Trail in Lane County. At Senoj Trail all through the summertime highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down
it dips down to the 40's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are typically in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Senoj Trail temperatures dip to the 20's. Here in Oregon backpacking never gets boring.
Briefly about the general area: All year is
a good time in the Central Cascade Range if you have a thing about the outdoors. A journey to Island Meadow revives the soul, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Deschutes River. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place.
Wright Spring is an inspiring site to stop at during your stay, and Reserve Meadow is right here at Senoj Trail. If you came to camp East Lake Resort and RV Parks is a fine location to do that, and some of the water close by flows, like Quinn Creek. Life's too short to enjoy
all the enjoyable things in the Central Cascade Range. There's whitewater on Horse Creek for all you adrenaline people, and hey, Sink Creek is a delightful local stream. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Elk Lake Springs; Senoj Trail is great enough to spend more than a day at, Upper Campground is a great local campground.
