Scorpion Mountain Trail is a wet place that gets a lot of precipitation; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.

There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Central Cascade Range. Stay the night at Lemiti Campground. There's so much to do here at Scorpion Mountain Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Detroit Lake State Park is a delightful spot for that.
