feet, and that is about average. Rocky Point Trail has only one trailhead, so you'll be backpacking it in and back out. Great outdoors trails are great and plentiful in Oregon, and among these are Rocky Point Trail in Klamath County. Even though this is not a very long backcountry
trail you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. Rocky Point Trail gets a good deal of water; through the month of December you get the most snow around here, and the driest of the months is July.

year is a glorious time in the Southern Cascade Range if you like the outdoors. If you came for an overnight stay White Pine Campground is a nice spot to camp. Crater Lake National Park is one of the destinations near Rocky Point Trail that are wonderful to go to; camping is available at Rocky Point Resort.
