This great outdoors hiking trail has only one trailhead, so you're looking at an in and out backcountry hike. Pinnacle Ridge Trail has a total elevation difference of 2,515 feet, and that is higher than average. This trek shouldn't take more than 5.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. At parts of the year this neighborhood sees very little rain, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. Different parts of Pinnacle Ridge Trail are at very different elevations, so keep in mind that you may need to dress differently at different elevations. Being 6.2 miles long it's a mid length walk. Keep in mind that this is a long backpacking and hiking trail, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies.
