sometimes, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. Pine Creek Trail is a one trailhead hiking trail, so you're looking at an in and out trek. There's not much difference in elevation along Pine Creek Trail
which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish. There are numerous hiking trails in Oregon, and each one is worth backcountry trekking. This backcountry hike shouldn't take more than 7 hours, but of course some folks walk a bit slower and some a bit faster.

about the general area: You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Blue Mountains has to offer. East Fork Indian Creek is a gorgeous stream that is worth going to, and Wildcat Basin is a wonderful site any time of year. If only every place had this much outdoors
fun stuff, what a great globe it would be. A glorious place to camp here at Pine Creek Trail is Indian Springs Campground. Buckhorn Spring is a tremendous local attraction; why not explore close by West Fork Indian Creek since you're here at Pine Creek Trail. Put some time
aside to spend at Wildcat Spring if you're here at Pine Creek Trail; why not camp at Ray Cole Campground since you're here at Pine Creek Trail. Some wonderful nature is available in Malheur National Forest, and Buckhorn Meadow is a magnificent place to check out.
