This wilderness trail has a total elevation difference of 952 feet, and that is lower than average. This trek shouldn't take more than 5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. Pamelia Lake Trail is a one trailhead wilderness trail, so you'll be backcountry hiking it in and back out. Even though this is not a very long great outdoors hiking trail it's always good to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen.
