authorities before you head out. North and South Trail is a two ended great outdoors hiking trail with two trailheads, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can hike it just one way. For the period of the warmest time of the year highs here at North and South Trail get into
the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to North and South Trail. There are hiking trails all over Oregon; one of these is North and South Trail in
Douglas County. Even though this is not a very long backpacking and hiking trail it's always good to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen.

Creek. Why not have a look at nearby Donegan Creek if you're here at North and South Trail, and get your pulse rate up on the fine whitewater of Jackson Creek.
