  Spending too much time indoors got you down? No problem, Mount Scott Trail in Klamath County, Oregon is the fresh air at its best. There are plenty of wilderness hiking trails in Oregon; each one of them has something unique to offer. Going for a hike here in Oregon is a nice way to spend some time. Hiking here in the Southern Cascade Range is the best way to enjoy these mountaintops. This trek shouldn't take more than 3.5 hours, but of course some folks walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. Mount Scott Trail is a long drive away from Klamath Falls,
    but there's fine natural attractiveness right here for you along it. This is not a very long wilderness trail but you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. The hiking trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time, so you
get pretty much the same conditions along the whole hiking trail. This is a one trailhead backcountry trail, so you'll be backcountry trekking it in and back out. Being 4.2 miles long it's an average length hiking trail. A visit to Oregon is not complete without some backcountry hiking. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. Throughout the summertime at Mount Scott Trail highs are usually in the 60's while night lows are frequently in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight  
here at Mount Scott Trail. Mount Scott Trail has a total elevation difference of 1,381 feet, and that is about average. Mount Scott Trail gets a good deal of water; the wettest month of the year is usually December, that's the one that snows the most, and July meanwhile is the driest month. This wilderness trail sometimes gets very dry, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. There are wilderness hiking trails all over Oregon, and one of these is Mount Scott Trail in Klamath County. This backcountry trail is a normal length backcountry trail having an average number of uphill miles which makes it a brilliant backpacking and hiking trail for the average person looking for a brilliant adventure. There are not too many backpacking and hiking trails in this area.

Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! The Southern Cascade Range rules! Cascade Spring is a perfect local attraction, and if you're here you should take a look at Grotto Cove. There's so much to do here at Mount Scott Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Crater Lake Campground RV Park is a good place for that, and if you're looking for a good journey, Crater Lake National Park is reasonably near.
Pothole Spring is always fun to check out, and a good site is Kerr Valley. Yep, outdoors cool things to do are in fact abundant here at Mount Scott Trail. Stay the night at Mazama Campground, and you'll perhaps meet some folks from Klamath Falls here.
