Moss Creek Trail, Oregon

Great hike but probably due to the trailhead being on private land the trail isn't maintained, but by far the shortest way to Lake Harriete. The access gate is closed except during hunting season. The road is difficult at the end, and I would recommend a 4x4 vehicle with some ground clearance. lead by Bill V. of the Klamath Basin outdoor group. The trail was marked with ribbons, and some paint marks on trees. Not too difficult to follow but lots of deadfall. Well worth the steep climb at the start. Lake Harriete is awesome. Says Michael D
