Now, this is roughly a 3-day backcountry trek, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed. Keep in mind that this is a long hiking trail, so make sure you
    bring plenty of supplies. This is a two-ended hiking and backpacking trail with two trailheads, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can backcountry walk it just one way. This is a neighborhood covered with lots of wilderness hiking trails. No chance of getting bored in Oregon
if you like the fresh air. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. Being 20.4 miles long; it's a long hiking trail. Little Baldy Trail goes through some very different elevations which of course means you need to be prepared for different conditions on different parts of the hiking trail. Through the months of summer at Little Baldy Trail temperatures are commonly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's. For the duration of the winter the highs are generally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Little Baldy Trail  
are in the 20's. Backcountry backpacking here in Oregon is something that is always fun to do. This hiking trail sometimes gets very dry, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. Little Baldy Trail is a backpacking and hiking trail of magnificent length having an average number of uphill miles which makes it a magnificent wilderness hiking trail for experienced trekkers in wonderful shape. Backcountry trails like this one here in the Blue Mountains are a really magnificent way to spend quality time in the fresh air. This hiking and backpacking trail has a total elevation difference of 3,398 feet which is higher than average. Each backcountry trail in Oregon has its own character. It is very waterless here at Little Baldy Trail usually; the month with most of the rain is May, and July is the month with the least moisture.

Briefly about the general area:
This river has it all. Bogue Gulch is a great location to spend some time at, and there's some flowing water close by, Crescent Creek is a stream you can check out while you're here. So many exciting things to do here in the Blue Mountains, too fine to be true. Little Meadows is a good location here at Little Baldy Trail, and don't leave Little Baldy Trail without first paying a visit to Trout Farm Spring.
Call Creek is a stream that you may run into during your stay, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Buck Spring. Everybody loves Sunshine Flat; if you came for an overnight stay Looney Spring Campground is a magnificent location to camp. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff at Little Baldy Trail. Wickiup Campground is a great campground here.
