Taking a little spree to nearby Flag Point is a great idea, and do pop by North Fork Rock Creek while you're here at Little Badger Creek Trail. Little Badger Creek Trail is a delightful spot to camp, Pine Hollow Lakeside Resort is a delightful spot; get yourself into a kayak and hit White River.
Bennett Spring is a delightful site to take a look at while you're at Little Badger Creek Trail, and Dam Campground is a wonderful campground here. A good site to have a look at in the vicinity of Little Badger Creek Trail is Deadman Gulch; a short spree to Stockton Spring is always worthwhile. And if that's not enough there's heaps more exciting stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. You'll meet a lot of folks from City of The Dalles here.
Just can't get enough of the Central Cascade Range. There are some great whitewater spots on White River, and don't forget to take a pleasant little trip to Cedar Creek.
