Hey, time for a trek don’t you think? Leach Camp Trail in Douglas County, Oregon is a really perfect place to spend some time. This part of Oregon is always a bliss to check out during hiking season. At Leach Camp Trail during the days of summer highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. The cold days of the winter
    come with highs in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Leach Camp Trail. Backcountry trails for backcountry trekking, and backpacking can be found all over Oregon, and one of these is Leach Camp Trail in Douglas County. This is not a very long great outdoors trail
but it's always great to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen. This hiking trail goes through some very different elevations, and that means that some parts of the hiking trail could be very different from other parts of it. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in place. Leach Camp Trail is a wet location that gets a large amount of rain; the month with most of the rain is November, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Backcountry trekking here in the Central Cascade Range is a really pleasant  
way to spend quality time in the outdoors. Leach Camp Trail has a total elevation difference of 1,608 feet which is about average. There are so many backpacking trails in this region. There are two trailheads to chose from, one in each end, so if you can get a ride from someone, you can backcountry trek it just one way. At parts of the year this region sees very little rain, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. Leach Camp Trail is a very short hiking trail with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it an excellent backpacking trail for the average person looking for an excellent adventure. There are numerous hiking trails in Oregon, and each one has something unique to offer. With its 2.2 miles of walking distance it's shorter than many hiking trails. The time needed for this backcountry hike is roughly 2 hours, but of course some folks walk a bit slower and some a bit faster.

These mountains rock, just explore all the exciting stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. Why not pop by nearby East Pass Creek while you're here at Leach Camp Trail, and get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Canyon Creek. There's so much to do here at Leach Camp Trail that you need to camp here for a while, River View RV Park is a good spot for that.
It's a perfect idea to visit Call Creek, it's in the neighborhood of Leach Camp Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Leach Camp Trail has to offer, you can camp at Smith Springs Campground.
