Whohoo, so many amusing things in one place! The Central Cascade Range rocks!. Island Meadow is a pleasant spot, and getting to Quinn Creek from Island Meadow Trail is uncomplicated.
Now, you may feel that's loads but there's even more amusing stuff to do here in
the Central Cascade Range. Whitewater paddling is great on Horse Creek. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Island Meadow Trail has to offer, you can camp at East Lake Resort and RV Parks. Take a little trip to Sink Creek since you're here at Island Meadow Trail;
Elk Lake Springs is an inspiring spot to stop by during your stay. You simply must love Island Meadow Trail. There's so much to do here at Island Meadow Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Upper Campground is a great place for that, and a short trip to Wright Spring is always worthwhile.
Get drenched paddling on Deschutes River, and a visit to Reserve Meadow revitalizes the spirit.
