Elk Lake Springs is an inspiring spot to stop by during your stay. You simply must love Island Meadow Trail. There's so much to do here at Island Meadow Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Upper Campground is a great place for that, and a short trip to Wright Spring is always worthwhile. Get drenched paddling on Deschutes River, and a visit to Reserve Meadow revitalizes the spirit.
