With its 6.6 miles of walking distance it's a mid length walk. Sometimes this hiking trail gets really dry, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. Threemile Creek is a great local stream, and while you're here at Huckleberry Trail it's a splendid idea to explore Whiskey Flat.
