Different parts of this trail are at very different elevations, so keep in mind that you may need to dress differently at different elevations. The beautiful backcountry trails of the Wallowa Mountains are a splendid way to explore these peaks. The length of this backcountry trail is about average with very little uphill walking involved which makes this a very tough hiking trail for advanced walkers looking for a perfect challenge. | |
