before you go. This walk shouldn't take more than 4 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. The number of hiking and backpacking trails in this region is not very high. Relatively far from La Grande you encounter Hoodoo Trail,
but you always have a great time when you're backcountry trekking along it. Here in Oregon backcountry trekking is a nice idea. There's not much difference in elevation along the hiking trail, so you won’t have to worry about different climate zones along your backcountry hike.
It is very dry here at Hoodoo Trail commonly; throughout January this neighborhood sees the most snow, and July on the other hand is the driest. This wilderness hiking trail has a total elevation difference of 708 feet which is lower than average.

enough to spend more than a day at, Time and a Half Campground is a nice local campground. Beaver Spring is a delightful place to explore while you're at Hoodoo Trail, and drift down the rapids of Grande Ronde River in a kayak. Here at Hoodoo Trail there are plenty of people from La Grande.
