Briefly about the general area: This place, the Central Cascade Range, has so much
outdoors enjoyable things. A pleasant trip to Wind Creek Basin is a great way to spend an afternoon. So much entertaining stuff to do at Hambone Trail, so little time. Hambone Trail is great enough to spend more than a day at, Hambone Springs Campground is a great local campground,
and paddling on Sandy River is so much fun. Devil Canyon is a nice place to visit close by. There's so much to do here at Hambone Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Bighorn Campground is a good place for that. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Central
Cascade Range. Whitewater paddling is pleasant on Zigzag River, and Frustration Falls is a brilliant local attraction. Do set aside some time for Black Wolf Meadows since you're here at Hambone Trail, and a quick spree to Goat Creek is beyond doubt a pleasant idea. It's a tremendous idea to take a look at Copper Creek, it's in the vicinity of Hambone Trail, and Final Falls is always fun to check out.
