Green Valley Trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time, so you won’t have to worry about different climate zones along your trek. This backpacking and hiking trail has a total elevation difference of 810 feet which is lower than average. This hike shouldn't take more than 1 hours, but of course some folks walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. This region does get very dry sometimes, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. Being 1.4 miles long it's a shorter type trek. Green Valley Trail is not that long but you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. Green Valley Trail has only one trailhead, so you're looking at an in and out backcountry trek.
