This is a wilderness hiking trail that is quite long, so do pack enough food to last the whole trip. Backcountry backpacking here in the Central Cascade Range is the best way to enjoy these mountains. The total elevation difference for Green Lakes Trail is 929 feet which is lower than average. This is just one of a large number of hiking trails in this neighborhood. You'll must go far from Bend to get to Green Lakes Trail, but trekking along this backpacking and hiking trail is very exciting. Lots of rain falls at Green Lakes Trail; most of the snow falls all through December; July meanwhile is the driest month.

Soap Creek flows through this vicinity, and if you came to camp Camp Tamarack is a nice place to do that. West Fork Park Creek is a stream that you may stumble upon while you're here, and a trip to Pole Creek Spring will fill your soul with great feelings.
So many exciting things to do here at Green Lakes Trail, too great to be true. A great place like Park Meadow here at Green Lakes Trail is too nice to miss. Red Meadow is right here at Green Lakes Trail; Green Lakes Trail is great enough to spend more than a day at, Blue Lake Resort is a great local campground. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting things the Central Cascade Range has to offer. Put some time aside to spend at Squaw Creek Falls if you're here at Green Lakes Trail; you can run the rapids of Squaw Creek.
