of this hiking trail are at very different elevations, and that means that some parts of the hiking trail could be very different from other parts of it. Grayback Trail has a total elevation difference of 2,268 feet which is an average number. You should count on this backcountry
trek taking about 3 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. The number of backpacking trails in this region is not very high. Grayback Trail has only one trailhead, so you're looking at an in and out trek. You'll need to go
far from Grants Pass to get to Grayback Trail, but hiking it is great amusement any time.
Briefly about the general area: Lunsbury Creek is a nice local stream, and a perfect place to camp here at Grayback Trail is Creekside Rv Resort. But wait, there's more entertaining
stuff to do in the Coast Ranges. Take a side visit to Spring Creek, and Grayback Trail is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Meadow wood RV Park and Campground is a perfect local campground.
