in Oregon is an outstanding way to spend some time. There's not much difference in elevation along Goss Trail, so you won’t have to worry about different climate zones along your backcountry walk. The total elevation difference for Goss Trail is 680 feet which is lower than average.
This hike shouldn't take more than 3 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. There are not too many wilderness hiking trails in this area.

Range. Why not camp at Upper South Fork Campground since you're here at Goss Trail; stopping by Crater Lake National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet.
