enough food to last the whole trip. All through the days of summer at Ginkgo Trail temperatures are generally in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are frequently in the 40's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures
at Ginkgo Trail fall into the 20's. This wilderness trail is many miles long having an average number of uphill miles which makes it a wonderful wilderness hiking trail for experienced backcountry walkers in good shape. Don’t forget to check for any current restrictions or closures
before you go.
Briefly about the general area: Lick Creek flows through this region, and you should unquestionably dedicate some time to Dead Soldier Meadow while you're here at Ginkgo Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Southern Cascade Range. Don't leave
Ginkgo Trail without first paying a visit to Alder Spring. There's some flowing water nearby, Dead Soldier Creek is a stream you can pop by while here, and why not camp at Mountain Home Mobile Village if you're here at Ginkgo Trail. But wait, there's more cool stuff to do in
the Southern Cascade Range. Glide down the rapids of Rogue River - North Fork in a kayak; if you haven’t been to Crater Lake National Park, you must schedule some time for it if you're here. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things right next door to Ginkgo Trail. If you
came for an overnight stay Prospect Rv Park is a glorious place to camp, and Hemlock Spring is an inspiring site to stop by during your stay. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rogue River - North Fork; a great place to pop by nearby is Lookout Gulch.
