Fuji Mountain Trail is a mid-length hiking trail with an average amount of climbing distance which makes this a very tough hiking and backpacking trail for advanced backcountry hikers looking for a perfect challenge. Backpacking trails like this one here in the Central Cascade Range are the best way to enjoy these summits. You should count on this backcountry trek taking about 7 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. Don’t forget to check for any current restrictions or closures before you go.

Everybody loves Black Meadows, and you are near Klovdahl Bay since you're here. Pengra Pass is a fine place to explore near Fuji Mountain Trail, and paddling on Salt Creek is so much fun.
Now, you may imagine that's lots but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the Central Cascade Range. Construction Creek is a pretty stream that is worth visiting. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Fuji Mountain Trail has to offer, you can camp at Twin Springs Campground. You just should love Fuji Mountain Trail. Whitewater paddling is great on Hills Creek; a trip to Salt Creek Falls will fill your soul with splendid feelings.
