This hike shouldn't take more than .5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. This backpacking and hiking trail is not that long but you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. This backcountry trail has a total elevation difference of 136 feet which is a lower than average number. There's not much difference in elevation along Francis Way which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish. At parts of the year this vicinity sees very little rain, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. This is a one trailhead backcountry trail, so you're looking at an in and out hike. With its .6 miles of walking distance it's a short backcountry hiking trail.
