Oregon hiking trails - Francis Way, Central Cascade Range, Lane County       When you're here in Oregon backcountry backpacking along one of its wilderness hiking trails is always an enjoyable thing to do. We all need to get out in nature once in a while, and Francis Way in Lane County, Oregon is just the place. You'll need to go far from Eugene-Springfield to get to Francis Way, but backcountry backpacking it is fine joy any time. The total elevation difference for Francis Way is 136 feet which is a lower than average number. The trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time which means the conditions are about     the same from start to finish. The high level of precipitation makes Francis Way a quite wet site; November is the wettest month with most rain; July meanwhile is the driest month.
