This area does get very dry sometimes, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. Fifteenmile Creek Trail is located a quite long tour from City of The Dalles, but when you spend some time backcountry backpacking here you
    will feel like a whole new person. This hiking trail is a hiking trail of brilliant length having an average number of uphill miles which makes it a magnificent wilderness hiking trail for experienced backcountry trekkers in good shape. This backpacking trail has a total elevation
difference of 1,677 feet which is an average number. This hike should take you about 1.5 days, so it's a great thing if your backpack is big enough to do the job. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. Backcountry hiking here in the Central Cascade Range is a wonderful way to explore these mountaintops. There are so many wilderness hiking trails in this neighborhood. Being 11.8 miles long; it's considered a longer backcountry walk. The amount of precipitation that falls at Fifteenmile Creek Trail is in the vicinity of the national average; the  
wettest month of the year is generally December, that's the one that rains the most, and July is the month with the least moisture. This is a backcountry trail that is quite long, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. Through the long summer days here at Fifteenmile Creek Trail, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's while night lows are typically in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and night lows all through the winter for Fifteenmile Creek Trail tend to be in the 20's. Fifteenmile Creek Trail has two trailheads which means you have the option of hiking it one way if you have someone to pick you up at the other end. Briefly about the general area:
Having a good time in the Central Cascade Range is easy. Near Fifteenmile Creek Trail you discover Deadman Gulch which is a wonderful site to go to, and you can run the rapids of White River. While you're here at Fifteenmile Creek Trail you must go to Bulo Point; there's whitewater on White River for all you adrenaline kick people.
Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this spot. Tamarack Springs is a lovely spot to take a look at while you're at Fifteenmile Creek Trail; why not camp at Pine Hollow Lakeside Resort if you're here at Fifteenmile Creek Trail. Cedar Creek Spring is a glorious local attraction, and if you came for an overnight stay Clinger Campground is a great spot to camp. But wait, there's more exciting stuff to do in the Central Cascade Range. Some close by water includes Cedar Creek.
