There are great outdoors hiking trails all over Oregon, and among these are Fawn Lake Trail in Klamath County. Many miles from the nearest settlement you have Fawn Lake Trail, and it is a really tremendous hiking and backpacking trail. The stunning hiking trails of the Central Cascade Range are a wonderful way to explore these highlands. Fawn Lake Trail is a normal length hiking
    trail having an average number of uphill miles which makes it a great backpacking trail for the average person looking for a great adventure. Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Fawn Lake Trail in Klamath County, Oregon is just the
spot. With its 5.6 miles of walking distance it's an average length hiking trail. There are so many backpacking trails in this neighborhood. This is a one trailhead wilderness trail, so in and out is the way to backcountry hike it normally. This backcountry trek shouldn't take more than 5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. Fawn Lake Trail is a wet location that gets a large amount of rain; the wettest month of the year is regularly December, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month  
of the year is July. This part of Oregon is always a delight to go to during trekking season. At parts of the year this area sees very little rain, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. The hiking trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time, so you won’t have to worry about different climate zones along your backcountry walk. Even though this is not a very long backpacking trail you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. High temperatures at Fawn Lake Trail through the summer are in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the period of the winter this location gets highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Fawn Lake Trail are in the 20's. Fawn Lake Trail has a total elevation difference of 863 feet which is lower than average. Don’t forget to check for any current restrictions or closures before you go.

Briefly about the general area:
You just can't envision the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the Central Cascade Range has to offer. A fine place to camp here at Fawn Lake Trail is Lake Lucile Campground; why not go to Crescent Lake Dam if you're here. Take a side visit to Rhodod Creek, and a journey to Zims Point is always a wonderful idea.
Visit Wharf Creek since you're here at Fawn Lake Trail, and a short trip to Cold Spring is always worthwhile. Fawn Lake Trail is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Shelter Cove Resort is a perfect local campground; dropping by Crater Lake National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Now, you may feel that's loads but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Fawn Lake Trail.
