Oregon hiking trails - Evans Trail, Blue Mountains, Union County

   
  There are numerous backpacking trails in Oregon, and each one is different from the others. Tremendous backpacking trails in Oregon are in abundance, and one of these is Evans Trail in Union County. Alright, enough of spending all this time inside a building, time to get out, and Evans Trail in Union County, Oregon is an excellent selection. This is one of a very small number of hiking trails in this area. Throughout the long summer days highs here at Evans Trail reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are
    regularly in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Evans Trail are in the 20's. Oregon has so much to offer the great outdoors lovers. Evans Trail is a backpacking trail of glorious length with an average amount of climbing distance which makes this a very tough hiking trail
for advanced trekkers looking for a magnificent challenge. Going for a backcountry trek here in Oregon is always a cool thing to do. This wilderness hiking trail sometimes gets very dry, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. Evans Trail is mostly a quite arid place; the month with most of the rain is November, and the driest month of the year is July. Different parts of this backpacking trail are at very different elevations, and that means that some parts of the backpacking trail could be very different from other parts  
of it. This is a wilderness hiking trail that is quite long, so do pack enough food to last the whole trip. The striking backpacking trails of the Blue Mountains are a nice way to explore these summits. This hiking trail has a total elevation difference of 1,956 feet, and that is about average. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. A long drive parts La Grande from Evans Trail, but backcountry backpacking is such an amusing thing to do, and this is an excellent location to do that. This hiking trail has two trailheads, so backcountry trekking it one way is an option if you can arrange for a ride back. The time needed for this backcountry hike is roughly 8 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. With its 9.4 miles of walking distance; it's a long backpacking trail.

Briefly about the general area:
It's always perfect to visit S S Spring; a quick trip to Middle Fork Mount Emily Creek is definitely a good idea. Be careful coming to Evans Trail, you might not ever wanna return home again. La Grande Rendezvous RV Resort is a good campground nearby, and everyone loves Dixie Flat.
A magnificent location right next door to Evans Trail is Fiddlers Hell; you can run the rapids of Grande Ronde River. You clearly should go for the Blue Mountains. A journey to Tie Spring will fill your soul with great feelings, and if you came for an overnight stay Grandview Campground is a wonderful place to camp. Man, is there plenty of entertaining stuff to do in the Blue Mountains. Evans Trail is a spot with many visitors from La Grande; Rocky Flat is a tremendous location.
A tremendous location for whitewater paddling close to Evans Trail is Grande Ronde River, and since you're here, you could check out Tie Creek.
