more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the Central Cascade Range. Camping is available at B and B Rentals, and a pleasant journey to Pansy Basin is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend
Breitenbush River, and Beachie Saddle is a perfect spot to visit. But wait, there's more to do close to Elk Lake Trail. There are some delightful whitewater spots on Collawash River; obviously Battle Creek flows through this neighborhood.
This is such a fun river. Don't leave
Elk Lake Trail without first paying a visit to Pegleg Falls, and if you came for an overnight stay Skookum Lake Campground is a wonderful location to camp.
