tad chillier of course, generally in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Cold Spring Trail drop into the 30's. Cold Spring Trail is a long drive away from Hood River, but many
people like to trek here to be in the vicinity of the great outdoors.

You'll need more than a day to discover everything Cold Spring Trail has to offer, you can camp at Lookout Springs Campground; get your heart pumping on the great whitewater
of Roaring River. Be careful coming to the Central Cascade Range, you might not ever wanna go home again. Cotton Creek is a picturesque stream that is worth going to, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Clackamas River.
Visit Wool Creek since you're here at Cold Spring Trail; you can stay the night at Skookum Lake Campground.
