Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Central Cascade Range. A quick spree to Welches Creek next to Coffman Camp Trail is a great idea; camping is available at Bighorn Campground. There are some good whitewater spots on Zigzag River, and camping at Mount Hood Village is always
a delightful experience. While you're here at Coffman Camp Trail it's a brilliant idea to take a look at Squaw Meadow. If you're here at Coffman Camp Trail, you could stop at Lymp Creek, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Sandy River.
