    be backcountry trekking it in and back out. This part of Oregon has a great deal of available outdoors things to do. These great outdoors trails here in the Blue Mountains are the best way to enjoy these summits. Don’t forget to check for any current restrictions or closures before
you go. Not much precipitation falls here at Coffeepot Trail; the month with most of the rain is November, and September is the month with the least moisture. At parts of the year this neighborhood sees very little rain, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. Coffeepot Trail is 1.8 miles long it's a shorter type trek. Coffeepot Trail is in a pretty desolate vicinity, and hiking along this backcountry trail is very amusing. Coffeepot Trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone  
the whole time which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish. There are not too many hiking and backpacking trails in this vicinity. Here in Oregon backcountry hiking is so much fun. This hiking trail is not that long but it's always fine to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen. Coffeepot Trail is a very short great outdoors trail with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it a good hiking and backpacking trail for the average person looking for a good adventure. This backcountry walk shouldn't take more than 1.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. Summertime highs at Coffeepot Trail mostly tend to be in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are usually in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Coffeepot Trail are in the 10's.

But wait, there's more enjoyable stuff to do in the Blue Mountains. Coffeepot Trail is good enough to spend more than a day at, Pine Tree Campground is a good local campground, and some of the water close by flows, like Owl Creek.
Don't leave Coffeepot Trail without first paying a visit to Bellwether Spring; if time allows, John Day Fossil Beds National Monument is a national park worth going to. Camping at Fish House Inn is always a tremendous experience, and getting to Honeymoon Creek from Coffeepot Trail is trouble-free.
