more than 1.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. Summertime highs at Coffeepot Trail mostly tend to be in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are usually in the
30's while the cold winter nights at Coffeepot Trail are in the 10's.
Briefly about the general area: But wait, there's more enjoyable stuff to do in the Blue Mountains. Coffeepot Trail is good enough to spend more than a day at, Pine Tree Campground is a good local
campground, and some of the water close by flows, like Owl Creek. Don't leave Coffeepot Trail without first paying a visit to Bellwether Spring; if time allows, John Day Fossil Beds National Monument is a national park worth going to. Camping at Fish House Inn is always a tremendous experience, and getting to Honeymoon Creek from Coffeepot Trail is trouble-free.
