Oregon hiking trails - Boundary Trail, Central Cascade Range, Clackamas County

   
  There are backcountry trails all over Oregon; among these are Boundary Trail in Clackamas County. Trekking here in Oregon is a good way to spend some time. We all need to get out in the great outdoors once in a while, and if you happen to be in Clackamas County of Oregon, Boundary Trail is a good local backpacking trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. There are not too many backpacking trails in this neighborhood. Boundary Trail is a long trip away from Hood River, but if you're looking for a good place to go backpacking, this is a good selection. Being
    3 miles long it's shorter than many hiking trails. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. This hiking and backpacking trail has a total elevation difference of 124 feet, and that is lower than average. This wilderness hiking trail is on the short side having an
average number of uphill miles which makes it a wonderful backpacking trail for the average person looking for a wonderful adventure. The time needed for this walk is roughly 2.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. With so many outdoors pursuits available in Oregon you'll never get bored. Every Oregon backcountry trail has its own unique splendor. Boundary Trail gets a great deal of water; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and July is the month with the least  
moisture. The striking wilderness hiking trails of the Central Cascade Range are a very great way to see these hills. This backcountry hiking trail is not that long but it's always perfect to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen. High temperatures at Boundary Trail through the summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's; night lows through the wintertime for Boundary Trail tend to be in the 30's. Boundary Trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time, so you get pretty much the same conditions along the whole hiking trail. Sometimes this backcountry hiking trail gets really dry, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. Boundary Trail is a one trailhead hiking and backpacking trail, so in and out is the way to backcountry trek it normally.

You'll need more than a day to explore everything Boundary Trail has to offer, you can camp at Trout Lake Campground; of course South Fork Lemiti Creek flows through this vicinity.
Just can't get enough of the Central Cascade Range. Boundary Trail is a perfect place to visit for more than one day, Lemiti Campground is a perfect place to camp nearby; a quick trip to Slow Creek is unquestionably a nice idea.
