Boundary Trail is a one trailhead backcountry trail, so you'll be trekking it in and back out. This backcountry trail has a total elevation difference of 124 feet which is a lower than average number. There's not much difference in elevation along Boundary Trail, so you get pretty much the same conditions along the whole backpacking trail. Even though this is not a very long backcountry hiking trail you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. With its 3 miles of walking distance it's shorter than many backpacking trails. This neighborhood does get very dry sometimes, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go. You should count on this hike taking about 2.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that.
