Oregon hiking trails - Boulder Spring Trail, Southern Cascade Range, Lake County       Oregon has so much to offer the fresh air lovers. Hitting the backcountry trails is always a fun thing to do, and if you happen to be in Lake County of Oregon, Boulder Spring Trail is an outstanding local backcountry trail for doing a bit of leg stretching. If you happen to be in Oregon, why not go backcountry trekking, it is the good thing to do. For the period of the long summer days highs here at Boulder Spring Trail reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's with temperatures at Boulder     Spring Trail dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. The length of Boulder Spring Trail is about average with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it a splendid great outdoors trail for the average person looking for a splendid adventure. This backcountry trek shouldn't take more than 4 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. This region does get very dry sometimes, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. Great outdoors hiking trails are good and plentiful in Oregon, and Boulder Spring Trail in Lake County is one of them. Boulder Spring Trail is a very long way away from modern life, and it sure is a an outstanding backcountry trail. Each backcountry hiking trail in Oregon is well worth   a backcountry trek. This hiking trail has only one trailhead, so in and out is the way to backcountry hike it normally. This hiking trail has a total elevation difference of 1,575 feet, and that is about average. Hiking here in the Southern Cascade Range is a really great way to spend quality time in the fresh air. With its 4.6 miles of walking distance it's an average length backpacking trail. There are not too many great outdoors trails in this neighborhood. Boulder Spring Trail is pretty waterless frequently; the month with most of the snow is December, and the driest month is July. Some parts of Boulder Spring Trail are much higher up than other parts of the backpacking trail which of course means you need to be prepared for different conditions on different parts of the backpacking trail. Even though this is not a very long hiking trail you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping.
