This is a one trailhead wilderness trail, so you'll be hiking it in and back out. You'll must go far from Grants Pass to get to Bill Fruit Trail, but backcountry trekking is such an enjoyable thing to do, and this is a glorious spot to do that. Grants Pass for sure; Bill Fruit Trail is a splendid place to camp, Cook and Green Campground is a splendid place. Everybody loves Bee Flat, and Sweaty Gulch is in close proximity, and is a brilliant site.
