  There are wilderness trails all over Oregon, and Beaver Meadows Trail in Douglas County is one of them. A visit to Oregon is not complete without some backcountry backpacking. Hey, time for a hike don’t you think? Beaver Meadows Trail in Douglas County, Oregon is a splendid place to go. This hike shouldn't take more than 3.5 hours, but of course some folks walk a bit slower and some a bit faster. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Beaver Meadows Trail, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the
    40's while the cold winter nights at Beaver Meadows Trail are in the 20's. Here in the fine state of Oregon backcountry backpacking is a wonderful idea. There's not much difference in elevation along Beaver Meadows Trail, so you get pretty much the same conditions along the whole
hiking trail. Every wilderness trail in Oregon is picturesque in its own way. Beaver Meadows Trail is a normal length wilderness hiking trail having an average number of uphill miles which makes it a perfect great outdoors trail for the average person looking for a perfect adventure. This wilderness trail has only one trailhead, so you'll be trekking it in and back out. There are not too many great outdoors trails in this area. Beaver Meadows Trail is 4.2 miles long it's an average length hiking trail. Sometimes this hiking trail gets really dry, so make sure  
you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in place. Even though this is not a very long hiking trail it's always glorious to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen. Beaver Meadows Trail has a total elevation difference of 526 feet, and that is lower than average. Beaver Meadows Trail regularly gets a great deal of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily November, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is July. Hiking here in the Southern Cascade Range is the best way to enjoy these summits. It's a lengthy trip from Klamath Falls to Beaver Meadows Trail, but when you hike it you're always having a splendid time.

It's a great idea to check out Mazama Creek, it's in the neighborhood of Beaver Meadows Trail, and Crater Lake National Park is a nice national park. If you're here at Beaver Meadows Trail, you could check out Sherwood Creek, and places like Sherwood Meadow are good to pop by.
Camping at Diamond Lake RV Park is always a great experience; Beaver Meadows is a great location. And if that's not enough, there's loads more to do close to Beaver Meadows Trail. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Southern Cascade Range. Put some time aside to spend at Soda Spring since you're here at Beaver Meadows Trail, and Beaver Meadows Trail is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Haymaker Campground is a magnificent local campground.
