Oregon hiking trails - Badger Creek Trail, Central Cascade Range, Wasco County

The beautiful wilderness hiking trails of the Central Cascade Range are a really magnificent way
    to spend quality time in the wilderness. Badger Creek Trail frequently gets a good deal of rainfall; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow, and the driest of the months is July. Badger Creek Trail has a total elevation difference of 2,674 feet which
is a higher than average number. The length of this wilderness hiking trail is on the longer side having an average number of uphill miles which makes this backpacking trail tremendous for hard core backpackers looking for adventure. With its 21.2 miles of walking distance; it's a long hiking trail. Through the summer months here at Badger Creek Trail, high temperatures mostly get into the 60's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Badger Creek Trail. This  
backcountry hiking trail has two trailheads, so trekking it one way is an option if you can arrange for a ride back. Every Oregon trail is well worth a hike. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in place. This hiking trail goes through some very different elevations, and that means that some parts of the hiking trail could be very different from other parts of it. Oregon is a glorious place for trekkers. There are so many backpacking trails in this vicinity. This is a backcountry trail that is quite long, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. Of course, this is an overnight trek, 3 days normally, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed.

Briefly about the general area:
There are some perfect whitewater spots on White River. It's always brilliant to take a look at Sunrise Springs, and a pleasant location like Eightmile Meadow here at Badger Creek Trail is too perfect to miss.
Badger Creek Trail is near Gumjuwac Saddle which is absolutely worth stopping at. There's so much to do here at Badger Creek Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Nottingham Campground is a brilliant spot for that. Man, is there a lot of exciting things to do in the Central Cascade Range. Getting to Pine Creek from Badger Creek Trail is painless, and a visit to Flag Point is always a great idea. Some of the water nearby flows, like Goat Creek; you should unquestionably dedicate some time to High Prairie since you're here at Badger Creek Trail.
Be careful coming to Badger Creek Trail, you might not ever wanna go home again. Here at Badger Creek Trail there are plenty of people from Hood River, and do put some time aside to spend at Sunset Spring if you're here at Badger Creek Trail. So many enjoyable things to do here in the Central Cascade Range, too wonderful to be true. Get yourself into a kayak and hit White River. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Badger Creek Trail has to offer, you can camp at Dam Campground.
