walk. This area does get very dry sometimes, so do check for current fire restrictions before you go if you plan to bring a stove or make a camp fire. The number of backpacking and hiking trails in this neighborhood is not very high. Relatively far from Carson City you locate Mount
Rose Trail, but there's great natural splendor awaiting you here along it.

delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Mount Rose Campground is a delightful local campground, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Carson City here. Whohoo, so many enjoyable things in one place! The Northern Sierra Nevada is peerless! Camping at Sandy Beach Campground
is always a nice experience, and nothing beats kicking back at Burnt Cedar Beach. Tahoe Meadows is right here at Mount Rose Trail, and you can hit the beach if you want, Incline Beach is practically right here. Yeah, come here to Mount Rose Trail for a tremendous time.
