There's so much to do here at Kawailoa Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Timberline is a wonderful place for that, and Sacred Falls is a splendid local attraction.
And if that's not enough, there's a load more to do near Kawailoa Trail. Kepi Gulch is near Kawailoa Trail and is beyond doubt a delightful location to pop by; a day at Kokololio Beach is time well spent.
You'll need more than a day to discover everything Kawailoa Trail has
to offer, you can camp at Camp Mokuleia, and of course Kawainui Stream flows through this area. Lots of folks from Honolulu come to Kawailoa Trail; since you're here, you could take a look at Kawaiiki Stream.
You don't should go far from Kawailoa Trail to enjoy Kawailoa Forest Reserve; one of the best things about this place is its proximity to Mahakea Beach.
