Briefly about the general area: You'll meet a lot of folks from Kapaa here, and a spree to Kalalau Trail wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Hoolea Falls. Nothing beats
kicking back at Honopu Beach; get yourself into a kayak and hit Hanalei. Kalalau Stream is a good site to pop by; do set aside some time for Kahuamaa Flat if you're here at Kalalau Trail. Take a side spree to Hanakoa Stream, and Npali-Kona Forest Reserve is a fine forest area
nearby. Kalalau Valley is a pleasant site to spend some time at, and a short trip to Hanakoa Falls is always worthwhile. Man, is there loads of cool stuff to do in the neighborhood of Kalalau Trail. Hit the beach if you want, Kalalau Beach is practically right here, and you are next to Pa Ma Waa * since you're here.
