summer months at Halemaumau Trail highs are ordinarily in the 60's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 60's with winter lows in the 40's overnight here at Halemaumau Trail. Halemaumau Trail gets a typical amount of rain; the
wettest month of the year is ordinarily January, that's the one that rains the most, and June is the month with the least moisture. The backpacking and hiking trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time, so you won’t have to worry about different climate zones
