number of trails in this region. A large amount of precipitation falls at Castle Trail; November is the month that gets the most rain, and August is when it's the driest. You should count on this walk taking about 6.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could
get stuck so be prepared for that. At Castle Trail throughout the days of summer highs are in the 80's while night lows are commonly in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are commonly in the 70's, and night lows in the 60's for Castle Trail.

general area: Punaluu Stream is a great local stream; Hauula Forest Reserve is a fine forest neighborhood close by. Castle Trail is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Mokuleia is a magnificent local campground, and Kapaka Beach is a delightful beach to
stop by. A day at stunning Kaluanui Beach close to Castle Trail is a good thing to do, and a journey to Sacred Falls will fill your soul with fine feelings. You have to stop by Kapaeleele Point when you're here at Castle Trail, and do put some time aside to spend at Waihoi Springs
since you're here at Castle Trail. Take a side spree to Kaluanui Stream; while you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Honolulu. Be careful coming to Castle Trail, you might not ever wanna go home again. There's so much to do here at Castle Trail that you need
to camp here for a while, Honolulu Koa Kampground is a tremendous site for that, and Punaiki Gulch is another glorious place to take a look at close by.
