A pleasant tour to Foster Glades is a good way to spend an afternoon, and hey, Balm of Gilead Creek is a delightful local stream. North Fork Middle Fork Eel River is a glorious spot to take a look at, and
you can stay the night at Little Doe Campground. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have fun. Hammerhorn Campground is a great campground nearby; in case you don’t mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Mad River.
Having a fine time in the
Klamath Mountains is painless. A splendid place to check out near Wrights Valley Trail is Wrights Valley, and Bell Spring is always fun to check out.
