You'll need more than a day to explore everything Woodward Valley Trail has to offer, you can camp at Sky Campground.
One of the best things about Woodward Valley Trail is its proximity to Santa Maria Beach, and obviously Coast Creek flows through this neighborhood. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Alamere Falls. Point Reyes National Seashore is a glorious national park, and a magnificent place nearby is Bear Valley.
Why not stop at Bear Valley Dam while you're here, and a pleasant spree to Divide Meadow is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. If you're here at Woodward Valley Trail, do take a spree to Point Resistance. There's so much to do here at Woodward Valley Trail that you need to camp here for a while, Coast Campground is a wonderful place for that.
