All year is a perfect time in the Northern Sierra Nevada if you fancy the outdoors. There's whitewater on Silver Creek - South Fork
for all you adrenaline kick people. That right there is a load already, but it carries on; Steamboat Trail has it all. Five Lakes Creek is a stream that you may run into while here, and the beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Big Rock Spring. Stay the night at Talbot Campground,
and Steamboat Canyon is close at hand, and is a tremendous spot.
This river has it all. Hell Hole-In Campground is a delightful campground here, and there are some great whitewater spots on Yuba River - South Fork.
