  California is an outstanding outdoors state. Seven Oaks Trail is to be found a quite lengthy journey from Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario, but it is a cool place to trek. You can't spend all your time indoors you need to get out once in a while, and Seven Oaks Trail in San Bernardino County, California is just the place. Backpacking here in California is something that is always fun to do. There are many good hiking trails in California, and Seven Oaks Trail in San Bernardino County is one of them. This backpacking and hiking trail is a very short backpacking
    and hiking trail with an average amount of climbing distance which makes it a wonderful hiking trail for the average person looking for a wonderful adventure. Every California hiking trail is well worth a trek. From a rain point of view Seven Oaks Trail is a rather normal place;
throughout the month of January you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is June. This hiking and backpacking trail is not that long but you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens. With its 3.8 miles of walking distance it's a short great outdoors trail. The backpacking and hiking trails of the San Bernardino Mountains are an outstanding way to explore these hills. This hiking and backpacking trail sometimes gets very dry, so don’t forget to check for any current fire restrictions before you go.  
During the summertime months at Seven Oaks Trail highs are usually in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's with temperatures at Seven Oaks Trail dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in place. This hiking and backpacking trail has a total elevation difference of 1,761 feet, and that is about average. There are two trailheads to chose from, one in each end which means you have the option of hiking it one way if you have someone to pick you up at the other end. This is an area covered with lots of hiking trails. Different parts of this great outdoors trail are at very different elevations, so keep in mind that you may need to dress differently at different elevations. The time needed for this backcountry hike is roughly 3.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that.

Why not camp at Big Bear Shores RV Resort since you're here at Seven Oaks Trail, and swing by Hamilton Creek it's a delightful site to stop at. A magnificent site like Merriman Meadows here at Seven Oaks Trail is too pleasant to miss, and some of the water nearby flows, like Converse Creek.
Man, is there heaps of enjoyable things to do in the vicinity of Seven Oaks Trail. Converse Flats is a fine place here at Seven Oaks Trail; there are plenty of people from Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario here. And that's not all there is to do here in the San Bernardino Mountains. Camping is available at Coldbrook Campground, and Snow Point Canyon is another good location to have a look at nearby.
