California hiking trails - Sequoia Nature Trail, Santa Cruz Mountains, San Mateo County

   
  While visiting this neighborhood in California it's a wonderful idea to go backcountry hiking too. There are backpacking and hiking trails all over California, and one of those is Sequoia Nature Trail in San Mateo County.     plunge into the 40's. And keep in mind that there could be temporary safety restrictions in place. Sequoia Nature Trail is .4 miles long it's shorter than many backcountry hiking trails. The amount of rainfall that falls at Sequoia Nature Trail is near the national average; January
is when you get the most rain here, and July is the month with the least moisture. Sequoia Nature Trail is not that long but it's always tremendous to bring some emergency supplies, you never know what could happen. Sometimes this backpacking and hiking trail gets really dry, so make sure you check current conditions and fire restrictions with local forest authorities before you head out. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Sequoia Nature Trail has to offer, you can camp at Huckleberry Campground. Peters Creek is a stream that you may bump into while you're here; there's some flowing water nearby, Fall Creek is a stream you can stop at during your stay.
