This great outdoors trail has two trailheads which means you have the option of backcountry backpacking it one way if you have someone to pick you up at the other end. San Juan Trail is 11 miles long; it's considered a longer hike. Now this hiking trail is pretty long, so do pack enough food to last the whole trip. Now, this is roughly a 1.5-day backcountry walk, so it's a good thing if your backpack is big enough to do the job.
