cool things. A visit to Severin Openings rejuvenates the spirit; a spree to Poison Spring will fill your soul with nice feelings. So much entertaining stuff to do in the Coast Ranges, not enough time. The great folks of Eureka-Arcata-Fortuna like to hang out close by. Whitewater
paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Trinity River - South Fork, and swing by Guy Creek it's a great site to have a look at. There's whitewater on Mad River for all you adrenaline people, and why not a little side trip to Holm Creek.
