North Side Trail is 4.8 miles long it's an average length wilderness hiking trail. This backpacking trail has a total elevation difference of 371 feet, and that is lower than average. This is a one trailhead backpacking trail, so you'll be backcountry trekking it in and back out. The time needed for this trek is roughly 4.5 hours, but you never know stuff could go wrong and you could get stuck so be prepared for that. North Side Trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time which means the conditions are about the same from start to finish. North Side Trail is not that long but you should still bring some emergency supplies just in case something happens.
