temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's while Mount Rose Trail night low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's. Mount Rose Trail is quite long, so make sure you bring plenty of supplies. Mount Rose Trail has a total elevation difference of 1,022 feet,
and that is about average. Of course, this is an overnight backcountry hike, 2 days normally, so make sure you've got all your overnight gear packed. A long journey separates Reno-Sparks from Mount Rose Trail, but when you spend some time hiking here you will feel like a whole
new person.

is a lovely location to take a look at while you're at Mount Rose Trail, and there's some flowing water close by, Bronco Creek is a stream you can explore while here. You can run the rapids of Truckee River close to Mount Rose Trail; Bronco Creek is one of the streams nearby that
might be worth taking a look at. All year is a good time in the Northern Sierra Nevada if you like the outdoors. Juniper Ridge Spring is always fun to check out. Don’t forget to stop by Cox-Delaney Flat if you're here at Mount Rose Trail.
