| | Mount Rose Trail is 12.4 miles long; it's longer than many hiking trails. The hiking trail stays roughly within the same elevation zone the whole time, so you get pretty much the same conditions along the whole hiking trail. This is a great outdoors hiking trail that is quite long, so don't forget to pack enough supplies. Please follow all local rules about fires and camping. a great local attraction, and do go to Bronco Creek if you're here at Mount Rose Trail. Man, is there heaps of amusing stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Truckee River; a pleasant spree to Cox-Delaney Flat is a nice way to spend an

enough to spend more than a day at, Gold Ranch RV Resort is a nice local campground, and do put some time aside to spend at Juniper Ridge Spring if you're here at Mount Rose Trail. Casey Canyon is a fine place to look at; do set aside some time for Acid Flat since you're here at Mount Rose Trail.
